NextLevel is a brand of educational digital products (ebooks and courses). This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect on this site, how we use it, and what your rights are — including under the GDPR, where it applies.
1. What we collect
- Data you provide in the form: name, email and, optionally, WhatsApp — when you sign up to receive a free material.
- Signup context: which product and page language, and the campaign parameters that brought you here (UTMs), so we know which ad worked.
- Measurement cookies (Meta Pixel): used only if you accept them in the cookie notice. They measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram ads. If you decline, the site works normally.
2. How we use it
- To deliver the free material you requested, in the language of the page.
- To send emails with content and offers related to your signup topic — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.
- To measure and improve our ads (only with your cookie consent).
We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Where your data is stored and who we share it with
- Google Firebase: securely stores the form signups.
- Brevo: the platform we use to send emails.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): receives measurement events only if you accept cookies.
- Hotmart: processes purchases. Payment happens in Hotmart's environment under their privacy policy — we never see your card details.
4. Your rights
At any time you may request: confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. Just contact us through our support channels and we will respond as soon as possible.
5. Cookies: changing your choice
Your choice in the cookie notice is saved in your browser. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser — the notice will appear again on your next visit.
6. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this same page, with the update date at the top.
